ASHE Grill & Bar is inspired by Àṣẹ (pronounced ah-shay), a sacred concept from the Yoruba culture of West Africa that represents the life force present in all things—the power of intention brought into form through word and action. This philosophy shapes everything we do, from how we cook to how we welcome our guests.
At ASHE, fire is more than a cooking method—it is a transformative element.
Our wood-fired kitchen celebrates biodiversity and draws from the rich culinary traditions of the Global South, where food is deeply connected to land, culture, and ritual. Through slow, honest heat and a deep respect for ingredients, each dish is crafted to reveal natural depth, balance, and character.
Opened in December 2025, ASHE Grill & Bar invites guests into a dining experience where fire, tradition, and intention come together—creating food that is soulful, grounded, and purpose-driven.
