ASHE Grill & Bar is a woodfire grill and BBQ restaurant in Pererenan, Bali, inspired by Àṣẹ (ah-shay) the idea of energy and intention being brought to life. At ASHE, that energy comes from fire, shaping everything from our kitchen to the way we bring people together.

Our kitchen is built around open flame and grill cooking, where flame-grilled meats, and shareable plates are crafted to deliver bold, smoky flavors through simple, honest ingredients. Every dish is made to highlight depth, character, and real flavor, no overcomplication, just fire doing its job.
